Janine has been with RIHousing since 2019. She is the Manager of the Housing Choice Voucher Program. She oversees over 1,800 voucher holders within the RIHousing jurisdictions. She also manages the Centralized Wait List for PHARI(Public Housing Authorities of RI) and Project Based Developments that are contracted with RIHousing.

She has over 17 years of property management experience. She has worked in elderly, disabled, Low Income Tax Credit Housing, HUD, Public Housing and conventional properties. Janine holds training certifications as an Accredited Residential Manager, Public Housing Manager, Housing Choice Voucher Program Manager, and Certified Professional of Occupancy.
