At NERSC, we are committed to supporting Resident Service Coordinators, Social Workers, Property Managers, and all affordable housing professionals by providing access to valuable resources. These tools are designed to help you assist your residents and expand your own knowledge on key topics, including community services, financial assistance, mental health support, and emergency hotlines. 

 

Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, we have compiled a National Resource Guide along with 17 state-specific resource guides to ensure you have the information you need, wherever you are. If your state is not listed or you know of a valuable resource, we encourage you to reach out and share it with us. Together, we can strengthen the network of support for affordable housing professionals and the residents they serve.
