Reimagined for 2024! The NERSC Fall Virtual Summit will offer two dynamic tracks, one for RSCs and one for Leadership, held once a week for four weeks. This summit is your chance to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, network with peers, and grow as a professional. Each track offers the chance to earn up to 12 CEUs towards your certification or re-licensure. Participate in both tracks and you can earn up to 24 CEUs!

NERSC Virtual Summit: RSC Track

This virtual educational training will be focused on offering courses in the Statutorily Required HUD Training Areas, and will be held once a week for four weeks.

NERSC Virtual Summit: Leadership Track

This virtual educational training will be held once a week for four weeks, and is designed to support managers/supervisors in exploring the essence of who the are as a leader ('how they are being'). Participants then take this insight and explore 'what they are doing' as a leader in terms of building relationships and communicating with others effectively. In the forum, we discuss a broad overview of leadership qualities and skills, while taking a deeper look at some of the key aspects of successful leadership. Participants are guided by certified coach trainers, and supported by peer learners, in a highly interactive learning environment.

Topics covered include: exploring confidence, defining your core values, leading authentically, creating balance, building trust, managing conflict, becoming a 'coach-like' leader, and developing an action plan.
